Of the many movies out today, it is understandable that a group of 13 all have different favorite movies. However, when composing their tweet, all students started off with “My favorite movie is” followed by their favorite movie, or some variation of this statement. Most people just stated the genre of the movie they chose, but they did not give much more detail beyond that. @LaceyL15c talked about the movie Bad Moms and said she liked it because “it shows how hard it is to be a mom but also had a light/funny side.” The majority of the movies are pretty recent in modern with the exception of @LStojanov2135 who chose the 1950’s movie Rebel Without a Cause, which she stated “introduced me to 1950’s culture.” The majority of the films had some type of comedic aspect, films such as Miss Congeniality (@maddiemcdaniel0), White Chicks (@amber_roach_ENC), and Mean Girls (@ToriCrawford15) were chosen as student’s favorites. The films chosen show that we have an eclectic group of students who make up this class, we have students that chose romance films, comedies, and action thrillers for their favorites.
